In this gentle yoga class we will go through a gentle flow together. The movements will softly open up the body and help calm the mind.
You will need a yoga mat, a cushion and a blanket. Wear comfortable clothing that allows a range of movement.

Hannah is a Yoga instructor and ETM Level 2 Fitness Instructor, and has been teaching for 9 years. She is currently furthering her knowledge by studying anatomy, physiology and kinesiology.
